In stock items usually ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment and/or credit card approval. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email from With A Texas Twist as soon an your order ships. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. (CST) will begin processing the following business day. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Out of stock items may ship directly from our manufacturers, posted estimated shipping is earliest and not latest projected times. Items shipped from the manufacturer are shipped per the manufacturers standard shipping methods. i.e. USPS Priority Mail shipments may, at our manufacturers discretion, ship via UPS or Federal Express. If we become aware of a delay in shipping of your purchase, due i.e. backorder items, you will be notified of the adjusted shipping schedule. Limited quantities are available on clearance items. Clearance items are shipped based on current availability of item(s) therefore, orders may ship incomplete or with lesser quantities than requested. Refunds or credits will be issued for item(s) purchased which are not available from our inventory for shipment.
Shipping rates and shipping policy apply only to items shipped within the continental U.S.(shipping rates do not apply for Alaska and Hawaii orders). All shipping rates are calculated in real time by weight, zone and size of package. Shipping and handling will be be calculated and displayed at the time your order is placed. For custom orders and large items, listed prices do not include shipping costs and may be billed separately. Please contact us.
All Texas residents will be subject to a 8.25% sales tax.
Custom Order Products
A 50% deposit is required on all custom order items upon acceptance of order by With A Texas Twist. Please review your order and make sure the description of your order is correct. All changes will be accepted in writing, via e-mail or fax within 72 hours of placement of order. Return merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. Notify within 72 hours after receipt of goods of any defects. All orders are "cUSTOM oRDERS", therefore not cancellation or refunds are possible once manufacturing has commenced. All orders are effective only after we receive 50% deposit unless other terms have been agreed to. Payment in full is requied b efore delivery of furniture. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please note, custom products can take 4-8 weeks to ship.
Leather is a truly unique material and With A Texas Twist Ranch Furniture or their manufacturer hand-selects the finest aniline dyed leathers for the one-of-a-kind furniture they have become known for. The leathers selected reflect unique character in the hide's appearance, grain consistency, texture, and absorption of color uniformity when dyed. No two hides are alike because these products have been raised, not engineered. Common leather markings can include healed scars from barbed wire, neck and shoulder wrinkles, ranch brands, pore paterns, hair follicle, insect bites and color variations These are considered natural characteristics of leather and With A Texas Twist or their manufacturer specializes in choosing each hide to professionally apply to each furniture frame ordered. Each of these features reflect the leather's natural origins, and are not defects, but rather an indication of genuine leather's natural beauty marks. They are not considered cause of a warranty claim.
Customer satisfaction is our main priority at With A Texas Twist. With A Texas Twist will gladly accept returns of products that do not meet the expectations of our customers. Purchaser is responsible for freight on all returned items. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were shipped. Tags must be attached. All products are carefully inspected and appropriately packed prior to shipping. Any damages incurred as a result of poor handling by the shipping agent, is the reposponsibiity of the buyer to resolve with the shipping agent. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), With A Texas Twist will replace, exchange or issue a full credit card refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s) within ten (10) business days. Please note that shipping and handling costs will not be included in the refund.
